We built this medium support bra with an open, strappy criss-cross back that lets heat escape during studio sessions. The fabric is a smooth four-way stretch blend that wicks moisture quickly. We dyed this run in brilliant pink, pairing a soft hand feel with solid coverage and a firm lower band.

• Criss-cross back straps. Multiple narrow straps cross over the open back to distribute tension across your shoulders. The layout keeps your shoulder blades clear for full range of motion during floor work and yoga practice.
• Removable cup pads. We lined the front panel with pockets for removable foam pads. You can keep them in for shape and modest coverage, or slip them out through the side slits before washing.
• Wide elastic underband. The brushed elastic band sits flat against your ribs without rolling up or digging in. It anchors the bra securely so the cups remain in place when you twist and reach.
• Fabric and care. The four-way stretch knit draws sweat away from the body and dries fast. Wash cold with like colors, take the pads out first, and line dry to protect the elastane fibers.
