Multiple crossed back straps distribute tension across the shoulder blades without digging in. We cut this pullover style with a soft underband and an inner shelf bra to handle floor work and gym sets. The dark grey knit has a matte, cottony touch with plenty of stretch recovery.

• Criss-cross back straps. Four flat elastic bands cross over the back to anchor the bra during twists. The layout spreads weight across your upper back while keeping your shoulder blades completely open.
• Lined cup construction. The front panel houses a built-in shelf bra with side slots for removable pads. You can take them out for lighter coverage or leave them in to keep a smooth shape under tops.
• Stretch performance blend. We chose a sweat-wicking knit blended with elastane for quick drying and reliable shape retention. It feels soft against skin and rebounds fully after deep stretches.
• Care and wash. Pull the pads out before washing so they dry flat without creasing. Machine wash cold with like colours on a gentle cycle, then hang the bra to dry to protect the elastic straps.
