Multiple narrow straps cross behind the shoulders to distribute load across your upper back. We built this pullover bra with an internal shelf lining and an elastic underband that stays put while you twist. It offers medium support for mat practice, gym training, and daily wear.

• Crisscross strap back. Interlocking back straps anchor the band without digging into your trapezius. The open geometry leaves your shoulder blades clear to move unhindered through twists, planks, and overhead reaches during floor routines.
• Lined removable cups. We lined the inner shelf with small pockets for optional foam inserts. Keep them in for added coverage and smooth shaping, or pull them out before washing to let the fabric dry faster.
• Sweat-wicking knit. The dense stretch fabric contains Lycra for shape retention and pull recovery. It wicks moisture away from the skin during heated sessions and holds a rich, solid red tone through repeated use.
• Wash and care. Take the removable pads out before machine washing on a gentle, cold cycle. Lay the bra flat to air dry so the elastic straps and underband retain their stretch over time.
