Multiple narrow straps cross the shoulder blades to distribute tension across your upper back. We built this pullover bra with an internal shelf lining and removable cup inserts for adjustable coverage. The four-way stretch fabric feels brushed against the skin and pulls sweat away during mat sessions.

• Crisscross back straps. Narrow straps overlap across the back to keep the shoulders clear to move. The layout spreads downward pull evenly across the upper body rather than digging into the trapezius muscles.
• Removable cup inserts. We line the front panel with an integrated shelf bra that houses removable foam pads. You can slide them out through side openings before washing or leave them in for shape and modesty.
• Brushed performance knit. The synthetic knit combines high stretch with a soft, matte finish dyed in deep green. It breathes during floor routines and recovers its original shape immediately after being stretched.
• Underband and care. A wide elastic bottom band anchors the base of the bra flat against the ribcage. Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and lay flat to dry to preserve the strap elasticity.
