Multiple narrow straps cross the upper back to spread tension across the shoulder line. We built this pullover bra with an internal shelf lining, removable foam inserts, and a wide bottom band that stays flat against your ribs during floor work. The fabric has a brushed matte finish with Lycra for recovery.

• Criss-cross back straps. Narrow straps cross and anchor along the bottom band. This layout distributes hold across your upper back rather than pulling on the neck, leaving your shoulder blades clear to rotate through yoga sequences.
• Lined cup construction. The front is built with an interior shelf bra and side openings for removable pads. Leave the pads in for modest coverage and shape retention, or take them out before washing to suit your preference.
• Stretch recovery fabric. We chose a sweat-wicking knit with added Lycra for firm four-way stretch. The deep coffee bean brown yarn yields a soft, cotton-like handfeel that pulls moisture away from the skin and holds its shape through repeat sessions.
• Wash and care. Take the removable pads out before laundering. Machine wash the bra on a cold cycle with similar dark athletic fabrics. Line dry or tumble dry on low heat, and skip fabric softeners to protect the elastane stretch.
