We built this medium support pullover with multiple back straps that cross and anchor into a wide lower band. The knit has a brushed, cotton-soft hand with added elastane so it recovers after long studio sessions. Dyed here in a clear orange tone.

• Criss-cross back straps. Four thin straps cross over the open back to distribute tension across your shoulders. They sit flat against your skin without digging in when you twist or fold into deep floor poses.
• Removable cup inserts. We line the front with an internal shelf bra that holds two removable foam pads. You can slide them out through small side slits before washing to protect their shape over time.
• Sweat-wicking stretch knit. The fabric pulls sweat away from your skin and dries quickly through warm studio classes. We added Lycra elastane to the yarn so the bra keeps its hold after repeated wear.
• Washing and care. Machine wash cold with like colours on a gentle cycle, then line dry away from direct heat. Pull the foam pads out before washing to keep the cup shape smooth.
