We built this medium-support bra for yoga and mat work, pairing a front closure with a multi-strap criss-cross back that distributes tension across your shoulders. The double-layered four-way stretch fabric keeps its shape through deep stretches and long holds. Dyed here in a clear bright blue.

• Criss-cross back straps. Four narrow elastic straps cross over the spine to spread tension across the upper back. The open cut keeps your shoulder blades clear to rotate through arm balances and overhead reaches.
• Front hook closure. An expansion-proof front hook closure fastens the center front quickly and stays flat against the sternum. You put it on without pulling tight elastic over your shoulders.
• Removable cup pads. Slotted internal pockets hold removable pads that give shape and front coverage. You can take the pads out before washing to keep the foam flat and extend the lifespan of the inserts.
• Care and wash. Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with similar technical knits. Skip fabric softeners and harsh detergents to preserve the recovery of the elastic yarns, then lay flat to dry.
