We built this medium-support bra with multiple intersecting back straps to distribute tension across your upper back. The lined front uses removable pads inside a classic V-neckline. We dyed this run in rose red, pairing a brushed handfeel with four-way stretch for mat sessions and studio drills.

• Criss-cross strap layout. Multiple narrow straps cross over the open back to anchor the bra in place while keeping your shoulder blades clear. The layout helps stabilize the cups without digging into your neck.
• Removable cup inserts. We line the front panel with slots for optional foam pads. You can leave them in for shape and coverage, or slide them out through the side openings before washing.
• Brushed stretch knit. The synthetic knit blends high elastane with moisture-wicking yarns for a soft, matte finish. It pulls sweat away from skin and snaps back after long training blocks.
• Washing and fabric care. Take the pads out prior to laundering. Wash the shell in cold water on a gentle cycle, then lay it flat to dry so the elastane maintains its recovery.
