Thin criss-cross straps spread across the open back to distribute tension during floor work and training. We built this medium-support bra with a lined internal shelf and a wide, soft underband that anchors flat. The dark maroon fabric stretches easily with added elastane and pulls sweat away as your body heats up.

• Criss-cross back straps. Multiple thin straps cross and interlock over the back. This open construction releases your shoulder blades for full rotation while holding the front neckline firmly in place during inversions.
• Removable interior cups. The lined front includes built-in pockets and removable foam pads. You can keep them in for shape and coverage, or slide them out through the side openings before washing.
• Performance stretch fabric. We chose a sweat-wicking knit with added elastane that mimics the soft touch of cotton. It recovers its shape after hard training sessions and repeated stretches without slacking out.
• Care instructions. Wash this bra on a gentle cycle in cold water with similar dark items. Take the removable pads out before washing and lay the garment flat to dry to preserve strap elasticity.
