Multiple crossback straps anchor this pullover bra across your upper back. We built it with an interior shelf bra and an elastic underband to hold shape through mat work and training sessions. The fabric blends dense stretch with sweat-wicking performance.

• Criss-cross strap layout. Narrow straps cross over the back to distribute weight without digging into your shoulders. The layout keeps your shoulder blades clear for full range through twists, reaches, and floor exercises.
• Removable cup pads. We lined the inner shelf with dual pockets for removable pads. Leave them in for added coverage, or slide them out through the side openings before washing to help the cups dry faster.
• Stretch performance blend. The synthetic knit combines soft surface texture with resilient recovery. It pulls sweat away from the body during warm studio sessions and springs back after each wear without losing its shape.
• Cold water wash care. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and line dry away from direct heat to protect the elasticity of the straps and underband. Pull the pads out first so everything dries evenly.
